Try not to worry, we at Castle Cleaning are not here to judge, we are here to help! We totally understand how life gets in the way sometimes and have seen many messes in our lives! We love cleaning and hope you will trust us with your cleaning needs!
One of the most important aspects of a quality cleaning company is communication! You want a company that you can reach and who responds to you in a timely manner. If you have good communication, this will enable you to trust whoever you hire. Of course, the main thing will be to trust your instinct!
Here at Castle cleaning, we price regular scheduled cleaning on a per job basis. This ensures that you get no nasty surprises when you see your bill.Â
For all of our add ons we charge a reasonable hourly rate, as each of these types of jobs can vary so much in length.
At Castle Cleaning we do not require you to sign a contract. Our prices are reasonable whether you go with us for a month or a year or more. All we ask is that you give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel a cleaning. We hope the quality of our work is so good that you will be our customer for the long haul!
We do ask that you supply your own toilet brush for sanitary purposes. The other equipment is up to you whether you would like to supply your own or have us bring ours. If you do have pets, we prefer you supply the vacuum, mop and broom just so that we don't transfer pet fur to other houses where there may be allergies.
Yes, we love animals! Just let us know any relevant information about your pet before we come the first time. We only ask that aggressive or scared of the vacuum animals be out of the house when we come, otherwise, we don't mind them around.
We do not clean smoked in homes, as we value our health and the health of our employees.
We use the cleaning products that work the best for each job. If you do have a preference in which cleaning products you want us to use, we will definitely oblige you. For our own health and safety we try to refrain from any toxic chemicals as much as possible.
Just phone, text, or email us to get the ball rolling. We will ask you a series of questions. If you are interested after our initial quote, we will come to your home to meet you and fill out a thorough cleaning list.
You can request a specific day or time and if we are not already booked up for that time slot, you can definitely book it. We do have some flexibility so just ask us.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel any cleaning that has been booked in.Â
You are not required to be at home while we are cleaning. We can do our job whether you are there or not so feel free to either be home or away, whichever you prefer!
If you are not going to be home at the time of your scheduled clean, you can provide us with a spare key, or hide a key on the property.
Or, you can provide us with a garage or door code if you have these kind of locks.
Never be afraid to ask us more questions! Remember, communication is key to us doing the best job possible for you!
We bill at the end of each month for recurring customers. You will be either emailed an invoice or we will leave a paper invoice at your house at the last clean of the month. You can pay by cheque, cash, or e-transfer at this time.
Let us know as soon as possible if there is anything that we missed doing or messed up on. We will come back and fix it as soon as we are able!
